सुबह साढ़े पांच बजे कामाख्या देवी को स्नान कराया जाता है और छह बजे नित्य पूजा होती है। इसके बाद सुबह आठ बजे मंदिर का कपाट श्रद्धालुओं के लिए खोल दिया जाता है। दोपहर एक बजे मंदिर का कपाट बंद कर दिया जाता है और देवी को भोग लगाकर प्रसाद श्रद्धालुओं में बांटा जाता है। दोपहर ढाई बजे मंदिर का कपाट दोबारा से भक्तों के लिए खोला जाता है और रात साढ़े सात बजे कामाख्या देवी की आरती के बाद मंदिर का द्वार बंद कर दिया जाता है।
